Do you have a physical retail store?

Rayna is a start-up and we are selling our products online and on pop-ups at different cities all across Pakistan. There is no physical store for RAYNA as of now.



ORDERS


How can I place an order?

You can place an order online at www.raynapk.com or you can send a message on whatsapp at +923 111 444 924 and one of our team member can place an order for you.


When will I receive my order?

Usually under normal circumstances you will get your order within 5 working days. 


I have a discount code. How to apply it?

On the checkout page feed in the code in the "Gift Card or Discount
Code" field and click on apply. The revised total will be displayed on
your screen. 

 



SIZING

I don’t know which size to order?

For general sizes you can check our size guide. Each of our outfit is differently stitched so usually you will find size for each article with the images of product or description.

If you are still unsure about the size then you can also contact us on WhatsApp at +923 111 444 924 and our team will help you to choose the right size.


Do you offer customisations?

We usually don't offer customisations on website orders. However, on most occasions we can offer customisation in length of the product. If you need any other information and for special customisation requests you can contact our team on Whatsapp at +923 111 444 924 and they'll guide you and make sure you get an outfit which is best fit for you. 

 


SHIPPING


How long will it take to deliver?

Usually under normal circumstances you will get your order within 5 working days. 


I have placed an order today and I need it for a special occasion, how soon can you send it to me?

If you have placed an order which you wish to receive on a specific date please inform us on Whatsapp at +923 111 444 924 or mention it in order notes at checkout page. Our team will try their best to deliver you right on time. 


Is there a way I can get my order faster?

If you need an express shipping you can contact us before or after placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate. But we cannot guarantee an express delivery as it will depend on situation. On some occasions, we may guarantee express delivery to our customers if they are willing to pay extra charges for this service. 


Do you ship in my country?

We are delivering all across Pakistan. For delivery to another country you can contact us on Whatsapp at +923 111 444 924 and we can confirm you if our team is able to process and deliver order at your doorsteps. Any extra charges and duties will be paid by client. 


What are the shipping charges for domestic orders?

We offer free delivery to all our customers.


The shipping company is asking me to pay more than what I expected, What should I do?

Only pay what your COD total amount was as mentioned on order confirmation page or email. Also check the amount mentioned on parcel. We would not be responsible if you are paying more than your total amount. On any occasion, complain directly to our team or shipping company. 


How long would it take to send me with the customisation?

If your order is accepted for customisation it will take 5-6 extra working days than normal delivery timeline. 

 



DELIVERY / EXCHANGE / RETURNS

I placed an order for the wrong dress or wrong size, can you change it for me or can you cancel my order?

Once your order is placed please contact immediately on Whatsapp at +923 111 444 924 and our team will try to sort your issue right away. 


What should I do if I need to exchange or return the product?

How to care for a RAYNA products?

We recommend our customer to Dry Clean and Steam Press all our products.



COLORS
The color of the garment looks different from the website. Why?

The colors seen in the image on the website may vary from the actual product due to different screen resolutions and displays. Dark colors may look lighter in direct sunlight. Please understand this and expect slight change while placing an order. Our team will still make sure we can do our best so customer can get what they are expecting.
